The hallmarks of Project SEARCH are total workplace immersion and a singular goal of competitive employment for every program graduate. We strive to achieve that goal by creating an atmosphere of high expectations.

Project SEARCH Employment Outcome Awards

Project SEARCH recognizes program sites that have achieved 70% to 100% competitive employment for all participants in a given program year. The awardees are recognized at a formal awards ceremony at the Project SEARCH International Conference each summer.

At the 2023 Project SEARCH Annual Conference in Milwaukee, WI, 247 program sites from 39 states and 5 countries were recognized for achieving 70% to 100% employment for their 2021 program graduates.
